Pricing
What it costs
Nothing yet, and that is a real answer rather than a way of avoiding the question.
Right now: free, for a small number of teams
ReleaseSignoff is new. Nobody is using it in production, and I am looking for a handful of teams to run one real release on it. If that is you, it is free for that release, and you get a direct line to the person who builds it.
What I want in exchange is not money. It is to hear what breaks, what is missing, and what you went back to a spreadsheet for.
Later: priced per organisation, per release
The likely shape is a subscription per organisation, with reviewers included rather than charged per seat. Charging per reviewer would be the wrong incentive for a tool whose entire point is that everyone who should be reviewing can get in, including the people with no Workday account.
I have not set a number, because setting one before anyone has used it would be a guess dressed up as a decision. Teams who help now will be told the pricing before it applies to them, and will not be moved onto it without agreeing.
What free does not mean
It does not mean free forever, and I will not pretend otherwise to get you in the door. It means free while the product is proving whether it deserves to be paid for.
What you should know before starting
- It is early. You will find rough edges, and I would like to hear about them.
- It has not been through SOC 2 or a third-party penetration test. The full data-handling position is here, including what is stored and what is not.
- Your data is yours and is deleted on request.
- No worker data is ever uploaded. Two spreadsheets, and no connection to your tenant.
